Replacement Parts
We guarantee that essential replacement parts (including batteries, filters, brushes, and other key components) will remain available for a period of at least 5 years after the first sale of the product in Canada.
Repair Services
Authorized repair services are accessible via our customer support and service network. Customers may contact us to arrange service, and repairs will be carried out at authorized service centers to ensure safety and product reliability.
Maintenance Information
Maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guidance, and manuals are available to customers upon request in a clear and printable format.
Ease of Repair
Replacement parts are designed to be installed with commonly available tools, without causing irreversible damage to the product.
